Shipping
Shipping is currently available only in Italy. The applicable rate is shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.
Geographical scope
Orders placed on this site are shipped exclusively in Italy. Shipping to other countries of the European Union, or to destinations outside the EU, is not active.
Carrier and service
Delivery is made with the GLS Standard service. The actual carrier of an individual shipment is the one indicated at checkout and on the transport documents.
This site does not include an automatic tracking system. Any transit information, if made available by the carrier, is communicated through the channels of the selected service.
Shipping rates
The rates currently charged to the customer are as follows:
- Mainland Italy: €12.90
- Calabria and Sicily: €14.90
- Sardinia: €24.90
There is no free-shipping threshold.
The exact rate applicable to the order is calculated at checkout from the delivery address and is shown before the order is confirmed. If there is a difference, the amount shown at checkout at the time of confirmation prevails.
Origin of the shipment
Orders are fulfilled from the operational fulfilment origin, which is distinct from the public address of the Estate:

Delivery times
Delivery times depend on the destination, the carrier’s operations, public holidays, exceptional events and the time needed to prepare the order. No guarantee of delivery within a fixed time is given.
Place and manner of delivery
Unattended drop-off of the parcel is not promised. The operational manner of delivery depends on the service selected at checkout and on the carrier’s rules.
Delivery to adults
The sale and delivery of alcoholic drinks are reserved for adults. Both the person placing the order and the recipient of the delivery must be 18 or over.
The seller may refuse or cancel the order or the delivery if the legal age requirements cannot be met. If the order includes alcoholic drinks, the declaration collected in the cart before checkout is not, by itself, a documentary check of age.
